In a bold move aimed at transforming access to opportunities within Nigeria’s real estate sector, Palms Realty and Investment Limited has officially unveiled PalmsRI, an innovative digital platform designed to empower women, young people, entrepreneurs, and Nigerians across the globe to build sustainable income streams and achieve success in the real estate sector, regardless of their location.
The unveiling ceremony, which took place on June 26, at Meridian ’59 Event Centre, Obiofia Nnewichi, Nnewi, attracted stakeholders, real estate professionals, business enthusiasts, and members of the public who gathered to witness what many described as a forward-thinking blend of technology and real estate innovation.
Speaking during the event, Amb. Ikebunwa Lotanna, the brain behind the initiative and a leading figure in the real estate space, described PalmsRI as not just a platform but a practical solution built to remove barriers and create opportunities for ordinary Nigerians seeking financial growth and independence.
According to him, the platform reflects years of experience and investment in technology, innovation, and business systems.
Amb. Lotanna noted that before venturing fully into real estate, he built a strong background in Information and Communication Technology (ICT), undergoing several professional training programmes and earning certifications, including Microsoft Certified IT Professional (MCITP), Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA), Google Digital Marketing Certification, Cybersecurity Certification, and certifications in Server Administration and Web Management.
He explained that the knowledge gained through these fields is now being integrated into the real estate sector to create sustainable, scalable, and technology-enabled opportunities for Nigerians.
According to him, PalmsRI was developed to provide individuals with the tools, structure, and support needed to participate successfully in real estate regardless of their location or previous experience.
