The Public Private Development Center (PPDC), On November 4th, paid a courtesy visit to Nnewi community. It’s aim being to help sensitize people at the grassroots on governance and accountability to the masses marking a significant step towards fostering active citizen participation in Anambra State.
As a social enterprise, PPDC is driven by a passion for transparent and accountable governance, achieved through robust citizen partnerships at the grassroots level. The organization boasts a proven track record of capacity-building workshops and sensitization programs aimed at empowering vulnerable groups and promoting effective governance.

Deputy Senior Program Officer, Mr. Samuel Akende, emphasized PPDC’s commitment to driving meaningful change in Anambra State. Program Officer, Precious Adigwe, highlighted the importance of grassroots mobilization in empowering citizens to take an active role in governance.
In response, Prince Obianaefo Orizu expressed gratitude for PPDC’s visit and praised their choice of Nnewi as the pilot phase location. He pledged to work closely with the organization to achieve desired outcomes, demonstrating the community’s enthusiasm for collaborative progress.
