_Pledges Support For Youth Sports Development.
During the week, the wife of Anambra Governor, Her Excellency Mrs. Nonye Soludo played a host to the officials of Anambra State Sports Development Commission ably led by the Chairman, Mr. Patrick Estate Onyedum at governor’s lodge Amawbia.
In her remark, she stated that “I’m exceptionally proud of the exploits of these amazing young talents, Anambra is undoubtedly a home of exceptional talents. These young athletes and their heroic exploits represent our collective interest in providing the right platforms for every Anambra child to succeed in their dreams”.
She further admits to become the Grand Patroness of Anambra Queens today, assuring a firm responsibility to lead the support and follow up closely on the development of these young athletes”.
The chairman of Anambra State Sports Development Commission, Mr. Patrick Estate Onyedum while presenting ANSSI cap to the Governor’s wife, Mr. Onyedum emphasized that improving sports activities in secondary schools remains a top priority for His Excellency, Professor Chukwuma Charles Soludo. He stressed the importance of discovering new talents at the primary and secondary school levels in the state.
Further speaking, Mr. Onyedum expressed his delight at the warm reception by Her Excellency Mrs. Nonye Soludo, emphasizing its importance in promoting and dedication in nurturing young talents in Anambra State.
