Multiple award-winning singer and entertainer popularly known as Tekno, an indigenous son of Ebonyi state, visited his state for the first time yesterday.

Governor Nwifuru upon receiving him commended him and noted that the entertainment industry has continued to grow rapidly in and beyond our Nation.
He said, “While it is a good source of fun and relaxation, it offers great economic additives to our society. As the Government, we are open to providing an enabling environment for this great industry to thrive in Ebonyi State.
That is why today, I am most delighted to welcome to my office, our son and a proud export in the entertainment industry – Miles Augustine Kelechi Okechukwu, fondly known as Tekno, a singer, songwriter, and producer. We are proud to have him back home in Ebonyi.
Interestingly, this is the first time he is visiting his State, Ebonyi. I encouraged him to come home often and help develop our young ones who have the requisite skills and talent in the music and entertainment industry. We will always support our own to be the best”.
