Calvary Legacy Homes Limited, a foremost real estate company in Anambra State has marked its fifth anniversary in the state.
The company which is into real estate and housing during an event to mark the ceremony thanked God for their operations so far, while announcing that it plans to diversify into agriculture, calling on interested persons to partner with them.
The chairman of the company, Mr Enuma Wilfred Okoli in his remarks said: “We are grateful to God for the modest achievement we have recorded so far. From marketing the Archbishop Onyemelukwe Calvary Estate Ufuma to Calvary Hostel Ufuma, Calvary God’s Blessings Estate Amansea, Awka (200 plots) and Calvary Hostel Estate Ufuma, to a lot more like Calvary Estate Awba and Calvary Estate Ndiowu etc.
“Now we are glad to inform our esteemed customers and well wishers that we have reached a resolution to also branch into commercial agriculture and we invite them to partner with us. We want to start small and gradually grow by God’s grace.
“Please note for this purpose, we have set aside 100 plots of land at Ugbenu, Awka divided into 2 sections A and B, with each 50 plots A for estate. B for agricultural purposes.
“Section A is currently selling for #1.6m a plot of 100 by 50 feet. We want to sell a plot at B at #680,000 per plot to our company agric partners.
“We have divided the 50 plots into 4 parts of 12½ plots each. Each partner will pay a total of #8.5m in 6 month of approximately #1.4m monthly excluding documentation fees.
“The company will plant and manage the palm tree plantation on behalf of partners. But those who are willing can manage theirs directly can do so. Those interested in the venture should call us.

The Chairman of the company, Mr. Enuma Wilfred Okoli, who is also the major estate promoter, prides himself as a genuine and upright businessman, who has years of experience in the business. He is also an author and celebrated writer.
Profile
Born in 1956, Okoli hails from Nanka in Orumba North Local Government Area, Anambra State. He attended Oraukwu Grammar School and Federal Government College Kaduna.
He holds B.Sc (1983) and M.Sc (1986) in Political Science from the University of Ibadan. He obtained a Post Graduate Diploma in Journalism from the Times Journalism Institute Lagos before proceeding to the University of Lagos for a Post Graduate Certificate in Computer Science.
In 1996, He attended personal improvement lectures in the University of Bayreuth, Germany. He is the proprietor of Calvary Group of School: Abuja. He was the promoter and sponsor of Calvary/NFA Football Competition for Secondary Schools in the Northern Nigeria.
He is an author of three books; The incorruptible Balarabe Musa, Muhammadu Buhari: Principled and Transparent and Archbishop Onyemelukwe A Colossus Of Our Time.
