In a video posted by the APC Governorship Aspirant on his official Facebook page, he stated that he is not doing this just for himself but also for justice, truth, and every Nigerian who believes in a better way.
Ozigbo who said he is seeking a judicial review of breaches of the APC Constitution and the final outcome of the APC Primary Election.
Meanwhile he maintain that if he wins the case, he will automatically become the governorship candidate of APC in the 2025 Anambra governorship election.
He further stated that this is not a personal battle, rather it is a principled stand to ensure that integrity, due process, and fairness are not sacrificed for political expediency.
