Hon. Amaka Obi Lauds Chief Okwudili Onuorah As He Distributes Rice, Food Items, School Bags And Scholarships To Alor People

The Mayor of Idemili South local government area, Hon. Mrs Amaka Obi(Iyom Ife-Abata), has commended a renowned Philanthropist from Alor community, Chief Okwudili Onuorah(Bamijo Nwa Jesus), as he distributed bags of rice, food items, school bags to children and scholarships to indigenous people of Alor.

Chief Onuorah had been empowering the residents and indigenous people of Alor for the past 18 years. Hon. Amaka Obi praised his kind gesture, which she said has brought joy to the people of the community.

While appreciating him for empowering eleven indigenous people of Alor, Council Mayor said that Chief Onuorah is contributing immensely to the progress and development of Alor, Idemili South and Anambra State at large through the empowerment and appreciated him for assisting the government.

She urged all to collaborate with the government by keying into Public Private Community Partnership for the development of the council area and Anambra State in general.

The event was attended by Special Adviser to Hon. Obi on Political Affairs, Hon. Ifenna Okafor, Councillor representing Alor 11, Hon. Ernest Okafor, Councillor representing Alor 1 and many others.
