The Abia State Executive Council, under the leadership of Governor Alex C. Otti, has approved the Abia State 2024 Business Environment and Reforms Action Plan (BERAP) for the 2025 fiscal year, The approval was given today at the weekly state exco meeting chaired by the Governor of the state.
