Reapfold Properties Limited Holds First-Ever Summit, Reward Realtors With Brand New Car, All Expense Paid Vacation Abroad, Household Appliances

Reapfold Properties Limited, one of the real estate companies that is making property ownership seamless in Nigeria, has held it’s first-ever summit and fiesta.

The summit, which held yesterday at Hilton Leisure Hotel, Awka, with Albino Brothers anchoring the event, attracted leaders in the real estate industry, government officials, professionals, investors, and real estate enthusiasts.

In his opening remarks, the Group Managing Director (GMD), Hon. Nonso Smart Okafor highlighted some of the significant milestones and breakthroughs of the company in the last fourteen months, especially with over nine (9) major real estate development projects nationwide, with four (4) different offices.

He used the opportunity to reaffirm the company’s dedication to delivering value to clients, while announcing some of the new innovations the company is bringing on board, including the unveiling of a new estate, Akachukwu Estate, Umuleri.

Speaking further, Hon. Nonso Smart Okafor said that the company has decided to appreciate realtors and staff who have distinguished themselves with mouthwatering gift items, which is in addition to the 10% commission they received earlier during each of their sales.

Highpoint of the event was the presentation of luxury SUV car, smart android television, fridge, and a promise of all expense paid international trip for Dr. Stanley Onunkwor as the grand ambassador of the company.

Other relators who got mouthwatering gifts include Chika Nathaniel Arinze, who was awarded the team leader of the year, Sandra Chika Richard, Eze Justin Okwudiri and Ifenna Charles Nworah who were given silver member award.

The company also inducted some of her realtors into the hall of fame, they are; Nancy Chidebe, Adaobi Okafor, Brown Ebubechukwu, Chiamaka Udugbo, Ikeanyi Hilary and Nwakor Sandra.

To appreciate his effort in the growth of the company, John Alexander Ameh, was given the staff of the year award, and was gifted with a bag of rice, brand new android phone and carton of tomato. Other realtors who made sales received gifts items worth millions of Naira.

Some of the dignitaries at the event includes, Anambra State Commissioner of Housing, Mr. Paul Onyeka, Anambra State Commissioner for Information, Dr. Law Mefor, the Lawmaker Representing Anaocha 2 Constituency, Hon. Ejike Okechukwu, and Lawmaker Representing Nnewi South 1, Hon. Johnbosco Akaegbobi.

Others are; the Group Managing Director, Maintrust Properties Limited, Mr. Cornel Osigwe, the Group Managing Director, Dynamo Group, Hon. Aneto Samuel Onyema, Former Anambra State Lawmaker, Hon. Uzoma Eli, among others.
