Anambra State Government has presented over a hundred million naira cash reward to the winners of the Battle4Solution competition held at the just concluded Anambra Innovation Week 2024.
The competition which was organised by Solution Innovation District saw individuals, institutions, ministries, departments, and agencies participate in different categories of competition.
Speaking during the event, the Special Adviser to Governor Chukwuma Soludo on Innovation and Business Incubation, Chinwe Okoli explained that the competition was designed to spur innovation.
On his part, Mr. Lawrence Okosa who smiled home with five million naira for emerging winners for start-ups, appreciated Governor Soludo for empowering the youths through innovation.
Certificates were also presented to over two thousand youths from Anambra who graduated from the Code Anambra.
According to Ms Okoli, the youths were trained for four months on various technological skills, including cyber security, web development among others.
