The remains of late Chief Emmanuel Agbasimelo, the father of missing candidate of the Labour Party in 2021 governorship election in Anamabra State, Mr Obiora Agbasimelo will be laid to rest in his compund at Ezinifite in Nnewi South Local Government Area of Anamabra State tomorrow 13/9/2024
Agbasimelo who died at the age of 80years was untill his death a devot Anglican Christian father who according to family source did not just cherished love of God and humanity with passion for peace but also was able to put love for God and humanity in practice
In a statement issued by High Chief Godwin Agbasimelo on behalf of the family, “the late Seputagenarian lived a life worthy of emulation in most critical areas of fear of God, family building and community service putting the interest of others ahead of personal interest.
High Chief Agbasimelo explained that the late Anglican father will forever be remembered for his passion for peace and passion to sacrifice personal interest for the good of others praying that his Gentle soul rest in perfect peace.
