There were also wins for Brighton, Spurs, West Ham, Fulham, Forest and Arsenal.
Brighton beat Manchester United 2-1, Spurs hammered Everton 4-0, West Ham defeated Palace 2-0,: Alex Iwobi scored the winner as Fulham beat Leicester City 2-1.
Elsewhere, Forest beat Southampton 1-0 and Arsenal got the better of Aston Villa 2-0
