Singer, Azeez Fashola also known as Naira Marley and Balogun Eletu aka Sam Larry have been granted bail by a Magistrate Court sitting in Yaba, Lagos State.
The embattled duo were granted bail on Monday in the sum of N20m with three responsible sureties.
Naira Marley, Sam Larry and two others were on October 6 arraigned and remanded over their alleged involvement in the death of musician, Ilerioluwa Aloba, popularly known as Mohbad.
As part of the bail conditions, the two men are expected to submit their passports and report weekly to the State Criminal Investigation Department, Panti.
The magistrate, Adeola Olatunbosun also warned that no one should contact her directly on the case.
“Any attempts to contact me directly would be recorded and potentially disclosed in open court proceedings,” she added.
