A young man, from Benue State, Tersugh Aondona, left people in awe when he married three wives on the same day.
Recall that late Afro beat music genius, Fela Kuti had caused a national stir in 1978 when he married 27 wives in one day.
In a micro re-enactment, Aondona set the town of Jato-Aka in Kwande Local Council of Benue State agog during a marriage ceremony between himself and three brides, at the Lante Kukwagh Comprehensive Secondary School, Jato-Aka.
Aondona, dressed in a white Agbada, was surrounded by the three women, the ladies appeared to be quite at home, and at some point, took to the dance floor together to the admiration of guests.
In the course of the celebration, which lasted from Wednesday evening to the early hours of yesterday, the giddy bridegroom, in a short speech, introduced his brides as Blessing, Nancy and Sulumshima.
