Today, at the Kaduna State Investment Summit in Abuja, Governor Uba Sani, the keynote speaker and representative of the Kaduna State Government, highlighted the vast investment potential in the state.
The summit, organized by the American Business Council in collaboration with the Kaduna State Government, drew investors and development agencies from Nigeria and abroad, aiming to foster partnerships and showcase the opportunities available in Kaduna State.
During the event, Christine Harbaugh, the Counselor for Economic Affairs at the U.S. Embassy in Abuja, praised Kaduna State for its innovation and dynamism. Harbaugh’s presence, along with that of U.S. firms and investors, demonstrated their belief in the future of Kaduna State. The U.S. Mission in Nigeria expressed strong support for companies interested in investing in the state.
The Investment Summit featured insightful presentations on the vast investment potential in Kaduna State. Discussions also focused on the legal and institutional frameworks in place to streamline administrative processes related to land allocation, certification, and regulatory compliance.
Taking note of the observations and suggestions made during the summit, the Kaduna State Government pledged to refine and strengthen its processes and procedures to better serve the people, investors, and development partners.
To facilitate effective communication with prospective investors and partners, an “Ease of Doing Business Desk” has been established in the Governor’s Office. Additionally, a hotline will be installed to provide direct access for investors and development partners to the government.
Governor Sani urged investors to seize the abundant opportunities available in Kaduna State, emphasizing that it is not just a destination for capital, but a springboard for success.
The government extends an invitation, accompanied by a steadfast guarantee, that investments in Kaduna State will be nurtured and supported.
