A young man has reportedly died at Amamputu Uli Anambra State on Saturday during a sand excavation.
Ekweanaedo reports that the young man is from Otukwe, Ihembosi, Ekwusigo LGA, of Anambra State.
The young man known as Uzonna Ezeani met his sudden death while struggling for daily bread.
A source who spoke to Ekweanaedo News correspondent Okafor Chinelo revealed that while he was escavating sand from the earth, unfortunately pile of sand collapsed on him.
Some people present at the scene rushed to his rescue and tried to dig him out form the pile of sand but he did not survive the incident.
