The Joint Transporters Forum wing of Soludo Ambassadors has extolled Governor Chukwuma Soludo’s unprecedented and people-oriented infrastructural development across the state.
The group made this known when the executive of the group went on inspection tour to some of the critical infrastructural developments of the current Anambra State government.
The facilities visited were the new Government House and Lodge, the new Arroma flyover, the Anambra State Trauma centre at Chukwuemeka Odumegwu-Ojukwu University Teaching hospital and Solution Fun City all in Awka.
Others include the Ekwulobia flyover as well as the ultra modern Okpoko General Hospital in Ogbaru Local Goverment Area.
Speaking after the inspection, the Chairman of Tricycle Riders and Owners Association of Nigeria, Awka Zone and Coordinator of Soludo Ambassadors’ Joint Transporters Forum, Prince Collins Ozorjiofor noted that the essence of the tour was to see for themselves the great works of the current administration in the state, and expressed satisfaction with the unmatchable milestone of the Soludo government, especially in infrastructural development.
Prince Ozorjiofor while eulogizing the Governor for the numerous legacy projects, assured that the group will support the Governor in the 2025 Anambra State governorship election, calling on Ndi Anambra to reciprocate the Governor’s good gesture by voting massively for him during the next year’s governorship poll should the Governor choose to recontest.
For the Anambra State President of Joint Transporters Forum, Mr. Elvis Okolie, the forum consists of Okada, Tricycle, shuttles, buses, mini-trucks and heavy duty vehicles operators in the state and that they decided to go round the state and see the signature projects of Governor Soludo and commended the Governor for building signature projects that will even outlive generations to come.
Mr. Okolie made it clear that the Ekwulobia flyover will ease the usual gridlock that used to pile up in that area, as well as help to boost and enhance economic activities of the area, and change the developmental status of Ekwulobia and its environs.
Also speaking, the Anambra State Chairman of Taxi Car Operators, Mr. Lucky Chekwube-Okoli also poured encomiums on the Governor for surpassing the expectations of Ndi Anambra in the infrastructural development of the state, urging the Governor to sustain the momentum.
The group equally lauded the leadership qualities of the convener of Soludo Ambassadors, Mr. Ossy Onuko who is also the Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of the Awka Capital Territory Development Authority (ACTDA) for his proactiveness and responsiveness.
