The Honourable Member representing Idemili North and South Federal Constituency, Hon. Uchenna Harris Okonkwo, has congratulated Hon. Mark Okoye on his appointment as the Managing Director/Chief Executive Officer of the newly established South East Development Commission (SEDC) by His Excellency, President Bola Ahmed Tinubu.
