Governor Hope Uzodimma has reaffirmed his administration’s commitment to infrastructure development in Imo State, emphasizing the significant progress made in the reconstruction of the Owerri-Mbaise-Obowo-Umuahia road. As the project nears completion, the Governor expressed optimism about its impact on the lives of Imo residents and road users.

According to Governor Hope Uzodimma , the progress recorded in the project is commendable and reflects his administration’s broader vision of revitalizing road networks across the State. He noted that the road, which serves as a vital corridor for trade and movement, would soon be fully accessible, bringing immense relief to motorists and businesses.

“Across the State, we are revitalizing road networks to ensure that every community, whether urban or rural, benefits from accessible and durable roads,” Uzodimma stated. He highlighted that the ongoing efforts extend beyond this particular road, as his administration has adopted a holistic approach to infrastructure, covering all three senatorial zones of Imo State.
