Nigeria’s men football team the Super Eagles is in Kigali, Rwanda, ahead of their 2026 FIFA World Cup qualifying fixture against the Warriors of Zimbabwe on Sunday.
The team made up of players and officials travelled to East Africa aboard a chartered aircraft and are expected to touch down in Kigali before a two-hour road trip to Butare, venue of the match.
After a 1-1 draw with Lesotho in Uyo on Thursday evening, the Eagles are condemned to winning Sunday’s game to brighten their chances of qualifying for the world cup
