What God Cannot Do Does Not Exist’ Not The Truth, Says Pastor Damina

Sharing is caring

Pastor Abel Damina, founder of Power City International Ministry, has sparked controversy by challenging the widely-held belief that “What God cannot do does not exist.”

This phrase, popularized by Pastor Jerry Eze of Streams of Joy International Ministry, was dismissed by Damina as untrue.

In a recent interview on the Honest Bunch Podcast with Nedu, Damina clarified that his opposition to Eze’s teachings was driven by a desire to uphold truth, not jealousy.

He expressed concerns about the authenticity of miracles performed by some pastors, suggesting that many were staged.

Damina emphasized his belief in genuine miracles and healings but stressed the need for discernment.

He pointed out the suspicious uniformity of crutches used by supposedly healed individuals, implying that these miracles were stage-managed.

The pastor also shared his views on tithing, arguing that it is wrong for pastors to demand tithes from their congregation. He encouraged fellow pastors to return to their original vocations, citing the examples of Jesus’ disciples who maintained their professions.

Damina’s comments have sparked debate among religious leaders and followers, with some supporting his call for transparency and others defending the practices he criticized.
