Spanish giants and 14th time champions Real Madrid have emmerged champions of Europe for a record extending 15th time after beating Dortmund 2-0 in the final at Wembley
Two goals in nine minutes by Carvajal and Vinicius Jr ensure Madrid kept the record of never losing in the final of the modern day champions league.
Dortmund have themselves to blame for missing good goal scoring chances in the first half and Madrid made them pay for those misses with two quick goals of their own– the first a header from a corner kick and the second after a misplaced pass from Matssen.
To get to the final Madrid eliminated German side Bayern Munich while Dortmund knocked out PSG.
