A devastating accident involving an over-speeding tipper has resulted in the loss of four lives near Akabo Ukwu Expressway in Nnewi during the late hours of yesterday, April 30th.
According to an eyewitness at the scene, the victims are reportedly a mother, her daughter, and two others.The driver of the truck fled the scene and is currently at large.
