President Bola Tinubu has hailed the Abia State Governor, Alex Otti, on the occasion of his 60th birthday celebration.
Tinubu praised the ongoing transformation in Abia State, highlighting significant improvements in infrastructure, education, and the provision of essential facilities to support business growth, particularly in Aba, the state’s commercial hub.
The president’s congratulatory message was contained in a statement by his Special Adviser on Information and Strategy, Bayo Onanuga, on Tuesday, February 18.
The statement reads: “President Bola Tinubu congratulates the Governor of Abia State, Dr Alex Otti, on his 60th birthday.
“Dr Otti is an economist, banker, and politician. He is also a respected leader in business circles and has led many thriving institutions, including banks.
“President Tinubu acknowledges the ongoing transformation in Abia State regarding infrastructure, education, and the provision of essential facilities for businesses to thrive, especially in Aba, the commercial hub.
“The President commends Dr Otti for his enterprising leadership and affirms that he is living up to his pedigree in the private sector as an administrator and leader.
“President Tinubu celebrates the governor’s achievement and wishes him robust health so that he can continue his good work for the people of Abia State and Nigeria.”
