Sir Chukwuma, APC Governorship Aspirant Arrested, Over TET Fund 3 Billion Naira Scandal

The Independent Corrupt Practices and Other Related Offences Commission (ICPC) has arrested and detained Mr Paul Chukwuma, The 2025 APC Governorship Aspirant In Anambra state.

Paul Chukwuma has been in detention since yesterday at the ICPC headquarters Abuja. He was arrested over his alleged involvement in contract scandal currently rocking the Tertiary Education Trust Fund (TETFund).

He is accused of diverting TETFUND contract of about 3 billion naira. According to a report published on ICPC Board, “TETFund awarded a controversial N3.8 billion contract to Mr Chukwuma’s company and paid N2.9 billion to the company in four installments without following due processes.”

EkweAnaedo, gathered that ICPC has given a stringent condition for his bail which he has been unable to meet as at the time of filing this report.
