Senator Aminu Tambuwal, the immediate past governor of Sokoto State, has given his approval for the appointment of 64 aides across the local governments in his constituency. The announcement was made in a press statement by his media aide, Muhammad Bello, on Monday.
This move is part of Senator Tambuwal’s commitment to empower his constituents and advance his development agenda. Among the newly appointed aides are some of his former commissioners and special advisers from his time as governor.
The appointed aides include individuals such as Aminu Bodinga, who will serve as the Special Adviser on Constituency Affairs and Stakeholders Engagement, and Alhaji Ahmed Maradu, who will assume the role of Special Adviser on Constituency Political Affairs. Other positions include Special Advisers on Constituency Welfare, Traditional and Religious Affairs, Constituency Projects, Youth and Student Affairs, Special Duties, Community Orientation and Enlightenment, and Constituency Security Matters.
Additionally, each of the seven local governments within the Sokoto South Senatorial District will have seven Special Assistants appointed to support the constituency’s needs.
This demonstrates Senator Tambuwal’s dedication to serving his constituents and driving positive change in the region.
