Nigerians have slammed Force Public Relations Officer, Abuja Headquarters, Prince Olumuyiwa Adejobi for saying that curses and insults are criminal offences.
He made the claim on X on Friday.
He noted that raining direct curses online, constitutes cyber bullying, which according to him is defamation.
“Raining direct curses on someone online is cyberbullying, not an expression of freedom or criticism. And cyberbullying, which is even different from defamation, is a criminal offence and punishable. Be guided,” he stated.
