A 28 year old man has been electrocuted at Ogbogonogo market Asaba, Delta State.
According to an eye witness, the young man was one of the traders in the market before the incident.
Her words, “We were doing our usual market activities when the light suddenly sparkled. Everybody ran helter shelter for fear of being electrocuted, the young man was not lucky enough as he got electrocuted”.
“Some of the traders tried to help him out and rush him to the hospital”, She added.
A trader who pleaded anonymity said, “The guy was already looking pale before he was taken to the hospital. I pray he survives it”
Minutes later news filtered in that the man died before reaching the hospital.
