LG Chairman And Youth Leaders Back Moghalu For Labour Party Ticket

Chief Dr. George Moghalu’s governorship bid under the Labour Party has received a significant boost after 21 local government chairmen and youth leaders pledged their support for him.

This endorsement came during a meeting at his Nnewi residence Moghalu expressed his gratitude for their visit and acknowledged their pivotal roles in the party and societal development.

He promised never to let them down if given the party ticket, and in response, the 21 local government chairmen and youth leaders led by the state youth leader, Mr. Phillip Nnadi unanimously pledged to work towards his victory at the primary election.

They were impressed by Moghalu’s leadership capacity, track record of good human relationships, and his vision for the party and Anambra State.

As a seasoned administrator and politician, Moghalu has held various positions, including Managing Director of the National Inland Waterways Authority (NIWA). Moghalu’s experience and achievements in both the public and private sectors make him a strong contender for the governorship position.

His candidacy has been gaining momentum, with many acknowledging his ability to drive positive change and progress in Anambra State.
