The Imo State chapter of the All Progressives Congress (APC) has officially called on all its candidates and supporters to attend the grand finale of its campaign for the upcoming Local Government elections. This critical event is set to bring together chairmanship and councillorship candidates from across the state, alongside party members from the National, Zonal, and State Executive Committees.
Additionally, members of the National and State Assemblies, government appointees, party leaders, stakeholders, and loyal supporters are expected to be present. This grand finale signals the conclusion of the APC’s grassroots mobilization efforts, all in preparation for the Local Government polls scheduled for September 21, 2024.
The event is slated for tomorrow, Thursday, September 19, 2024, at Rear Admiral Ndubusi Kanu’s Square (Heroes Square), with activities starting at 10 a.m.
Notable guests expected at the event include Senator Hope Uzodimma, the Executive Governor of Imo State, and Senator Abdullahi Ganduje, the National Chairman of the APC, along with other members of the National Working Committee (NWC) of the party.
The APC calls on all party faithful to unite and participate in this final push towards electoral success.
