The leading aspirant for Anambra South Senatorial bye-election under the platform of All Progressive Grand Alliance(APGA), Chief Dr. Jude Emecheta has expressed confident that his competence and popularity in Anambra South and the state would secure victory for him.
Dr. Emecheta said, his motivation for joining the race is to provide services to his people and he has come to offer a better alternative to the people, stating that representation is not about Christmas largesse.
He said that the people’s interest must be advanced at the center and there are a lot of things he can attract from the center to his people both from government and other interests that exist in the zone.
Dr. Emecheta added that he has the passion to serve Anambra South Senatorial district deep within his heart and he is aspiring based on competence.
