…As Umukegwu Community Extols His Productive Representation.
The House Of Rep. Member for Ideato North and South Federal Constituency, Barr. Ikenga Imo Ugochinyere yesterday December 27th joined community heads and the people of Umukegwu Community of Ideato North to celebrate their Ofala festival.
Ugochinyere who attended the event in company of Chief Chima Amadi ( Mazi Gburugburu) renowned businessman cum philanthropist and Hon. Peter Anaekwe, House of Reps Member for Anambra East and West Federal Constituency, expressed satisfaction at the massive turnout of Ideato indigenes in the program, adding that the event fosters cultural preservation, grassroot engagements and peaceful coexistence.
He commended the traditional rulers, Presidents General and village heads present for their ingenuity and undisputable efforts in upholding the cultural richness of the Ideato people and assured them of his commitment to improving the living standard of every Ideato indigene by ensuring that they feel federal government presence especially at the grassroot level.
As a man who prioritizes his unwavering relationship with his people, he received executive members of the Grassroots Development Forum structure in his house before proceeding to the Ofala festival to render his support and solidarity to the Umukegwu people.
