Idemili South Mayor, Obi, Visit Blue World Factory Nnokwa, Promises Progressive Partnership To Foster Growth

The Mayor of Idemili South Local Government Area, Hon. Mrs Amaka Obi(Iyom Ife-Abata), has inspected some ongoing road projects in and other individual factories under construction at Nnokwa community.

During the visit, she inspected the 3 in 1Blue World Factory nearing completion at Nnokwa and expressed great joy with the development.

According to her, such investment which is capable of creating 400 direct jobs is all Idemili South and Anambra needs to thrive.

While assuring that the government will play it’s role of creating the enabling environment that will guarantee security of the investors and investment, Mrs Amaka Obi appreciated the CEO Blueworld Group, Mr Ikenna Ekeagu for thinking home and encouraged others to emulate him.

The Mayor reassured the people of Nnokwa that all the ongoing government road projects in Nnokwa will soon be completed as Governor Chukwuma Soludo CFR, don’t abandon any project.

The representative of Blueworld Group, Mr Chimezie Ekeagu, expressed happiness over the visit and assured that they will do more to foster economic growth and development in Nnokwa, Idemili South, Anambra State and Nigeria at large.

The Deputy Leader of Idemili South Legislative Council and Councillor representing Nnokwa ward, Hon. Valentine Mbadugha in a vote of thanks appreciated the Mayor for finding time to visit and also paying attention to details and promised the support and cooperation of ndi Nnokwa.

In the spirit of Public Private Community Partnership(PPCP), development model of Governor Chukwuma Soludo led administration, Mrs Amaka Obi flagged off the construction of a 500 meter bypass road linking Nnokwa – Nnobi highway to Nnokwa -Alor road through the Blueworld street.

The Speaker Idemili South Legislative Council, Rt. Hon. Ernest Ezeunyim, Deputy Chief Whip, Hon. Jude Emeli, Supervisor for Health, Comrade Ifeanyi Eriobu, Supervisor for Agriculture, Lady Ifeyinwa Nnekwelugo and other critical stakeholders were present during the inspection.
