The Transition Committee Chairman of Idemili North Local Government Area of Anambra, Hon. Chief (Sir) Stanley Nkwoka (Ochendo Idemili), says he will partner with all the stakeholders and every relevant government’s agency to stop street trading and trading on the drainage system.
Hon. Nkwoka who stated this while fielding questions from Newsmen at the Council’s Headquarters, Ogidi also said he would decongest the roads, especially the ones in the Urban areas, explaining that it would eenhance free flow of traffic in Idemili North Local Government Area and its environs.
Speaking on political front, the Chief Servant of the most populous and densely populated LGA in Anambra State emphatically said the re-election of the Solution Governor for second term was a must and remained sacrosanct.
According to the Chairman, ‘I shall work with the stakeholders and the party’s leaders to showcase and disseminate the information about the good works of Governor Charles Chukwuma Soludo to the grassroots.
‘I shall also work with the major stakeholders in Idemili North during the campaigns for the governor’s reelection to setup a formidable and far-reaching campaign for the local government to win the election.
‘Our election team shall be devoid of touts and cultism. Long live Idemili North Local Government! Long Live Anambra State Government!! Long live Federal Republic of Nigeria, Chief Sir Stanley Chigbo Nkwoka, concluded.
