During plenary session of the House of Representatives, Hon. Uchenna Harris Okonkwo, representing the Idemili North and South Federal Constituency, presented a petition on behalf of his constituent, Mr. Tochukwu Emeka Eweluzo of Idemili South. The petition addressed the illegal sale of a property that had been bequeathed to Mr. Eweluzo by his late father.
Mr. Eweluzo, through his petition, is seeking restitution for the unlawful sale of his inheritance. He is appealing to the House to intervene and ensure justice is served.
Hon. Uchenna Harris Okonkwo passionately presented the case, and the House, adopted the petition. It was subsequently referred to the House Committee on Public Petitions for further legislative review and action.
