Honourable Uchenna Harris Okonkwo, Member Representing Idemili North And South Federal Constituency, has extended his warm congratulations to 19-year-old Alexander Chisom Chukwukelu on his remarkable victory in the men’s 110m Hurdle, claiming his first Nigerian title with an impressive time of 13.92s.
In his congratulatory message, Hon. Okonkwo praised Alexander’s potential, stating that he is destined to become a superstar. He emphasized the importance of sports in empowering youths and encouraged the youths of Idemili and Ojoto to follow in Alexander’s footsteps and develop their sports skills.
The lawmaker reaffirmed his commitment to youths empowerment and sports development in Idemili, expressing his willingness to collaborate with the Minister of Sports to ensure Alexander’s successful representation of Nigeria in Cameroon and his future participation in the Olympics, representing Africa.
