The Honourable Member Representing Idemili North And South Federal Constituency, Rt. Hon. Uchenna Harris Okonkwo, has emphasized the importance of youth inclusiveness in governance to deepen and strengthen Nigeria’s democracy.
In an interview with The media Authorities at the National Assembly Complex in Abuja immediately after the joint session of the National Assembly with President Bola Ahmed Tinubu, Hon. Okonkwo stressed the need for youth participation in governance to bring fresh ideas and perspectives to the table.
The lawmaker also called for cooperation among the tiers of government to address pressing issues in Nigeria, including security, economic crisis, healthcare, and unemployment. He emphasized the need for a collaborative approach to tackle these challenges and ensure a better future for all Nigerians.
