Rivers State Governor, His Excellency Governor Fubara, has reiterated his unwavering commitment to the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), affirming that he and his team remain dedicated members of the party.
Governor Fubara in a representative capacity by the Speaker of the Rivers State House of Assembly; Rt Hon Victor Oko-Jumbo stated this today in Bonny while flagging off the Bonny local government empowerment program, powered by the Caretaker Committee Chairman of Bonny LGA, Dame Hon Anengi Barasua Claude-Wlicox, DSSRS JP.
The Governor also commended the CTC Chairman for her dedication to his vision, praising her efforts in keying into his administration’s programs and initiatives, particularly in the area of empowerment and community development.
The program for the day included presentation of vehicles to CTC Members, the Council Secretary and Chief Press Secretary together with distribution of Mini Buses, Outboard Boat Engines and nets to fishermen. The distribution of food Palliative was the highpoint of the day.
Highpoint of the day was the presentation of a commendation plaque by a socio-political group, Vanguard for Anengi Continuity to Mr Speaker in appreciation of his legislative impact and synergy with the CTC Chairman.
