The Nnokwa Community Youth Leader, Comrd Ifeanyi Eriobu has disclosed that monthly environmental sanitation is the collective responsibility of every body.
“Comrd Eriobu who stated this while addressing newsmen in Nnokwa during the monthly environmental exercise urged the residents to take the sanitation seriously”.
He also carved out the need for sensitization with regards to sanitation, nothing it is imperative to understanding that Supporting the Campaign For Clean, Green, Livable Anambra State.
He stressed on the need for the residents in the community particularly the youths, men and women to overhaul their environmental with clearing of their drainages and surroundings while praising the youths for supporting his cause for a proactive environment.
According to Comrd Eriobu, “Sanitation is the responsibility of everyone. As you are aware, environment is our responsibility not only in our house, the larger community, it is the responsibility of everyone Nnokwa”
For the ward councilor of Nnokwa community, Lady Precious Ikeh who participated in the monthly exercise noted that the need for a more robust youthful participation during the exercise can’t be over-emphasized.
She advocated for the ongoing clean green, liveable Anambra state campaign, noting that a Cleanliness is next to Godliness.
