The Management and Editorial Team of the Ekweanaedo Media Limited have extended hearty congratulations to Prince Jude Osumuoh on his resounding victory in the just-concluded Nzukora Nnewi President-General election, in Nnewi, Nnewi North Local Government Area of Anambra State.
In an official congratulatory message signed by the Chief Executive Officer of Ekweanaedo Media Ltd., Comrade Ebuka M. Okafor, the media outfit described Prince Osumuoh’s emergence as well-deserved and a true proof of his integrity, service, and dedication to the common good of Nnewi people.
It was gathered that Prince Osumuoh secured a total of 133 votes in the election to defeat his closest contender, Prof. Edwin, who polled 117 votes—an outcome that, according to Ekweanaedo News, demonstrates the trust and confidence reposed in him by the people of Nnewi across board.
“This victory is more than just a political win. It is a powerful expression of the people’s desire for purposeful leadership, inclusive governance, and transformative development.
“You have earned this not merely by contesting, but by your years of consistent service and unwavering commitment to the unity and progress of Nnewi,” the statement partly reads.
Comrade Okafor, while lauding Prince Osumuoh’s composed and exemplary conduct throughout the electoral process, also noted that his track record of peace-building and people-oriented leadership provides solid grounds for optimism as he assumes office.
“We have followed your public service journey with admiration, and we are confident that you will lead with the same passion, integrity, and wisdom that have distinguished your past engagements,” the statement added.
The Ekweanaedo News team pledged unwavering support for the new administration and expressed readiness to amplify every noble and developmental initiative that aligns with the collective aspirations of Nnewi people.
“As you assume this sacred mandate, we urge you to remain inclusive, reconcile all segments, and carry everyone along. Your victory is for all, and the work ahead is for the unity and progress of our beloved Nnewi,” Comrade Okafor stated.
The congratulatory message concluded with prayers for a fruitful and impactful tenure for Prince Osumuoh, noting that Ekweanaedo News will continue to champion transparency, accountability, and progressive leadership in the town.
Prince Jude Osumuoh, who is a former President of Ndịakwụ Otolo Nnewi, is expected to assume his new role and commence his duties as President-General of Nzukora Nnewi in earnest, as expectations mount for a new era of peace, unity, and holistic development across the ancient industrial town.
