The executive Governor of Ebonyi State,
Francis Ogbonna Nwifuru, has measured plans to industrialize the State, as clearly noted in The People’s Charter of Needs.
Leo Ekene Oketa, The Special Assistant to the Governor on New Media, revealed this on his social media page, ho noted that interestingly, Governor Nwifuru is kicking off with the revitalization of companies on ground to ensure they are revitalized and working optimally.
He also said that earlier today, the state governor made an unscheduled tour of the Ebonyi State Pipe Production Company, to evaluate progress as it continues revitalization. He obviously took my dear brother, the Commissioner for Commerce and Industry, Chief Oguzorkanu Offia-Nwali by surprise who swiftly met the entourage in his pyjamas. But as a proper Commissioner, he is always ready for the call.
“The armoured cables for supplying of electricity to the place has been installed. The two different polyvinyl chloride (PVC) line Extrusion machines for the production of PVC pipes paid for by the State Government, is set to arrive on or before December 13, 2023 from China.
It is all about the needs of Ebonyi people”.
