The members of national Youth service corps who were deployed to Nnewi North for their one year mandatory national service, paid a courtesy visit to the Nnewi North LG Mayor Hon.Echezona Anazodo to register their presence in the newly inaugurated administration
Receiving the corps members at the council chamber,the Nnewi North LG Mayor Hon.Echezona Anazodo thanked them for the wonderful visit, narrating his past experience with the service. In his words Nysc has continued to contribute to the development of this local government in so many positive ways with community service inclusive
It is therefore my pleasure to welcome you all to my office today and say congratulations for coming to Nnewi North.
Speaking on behalf of the corps members,the local government inspector thanked the Mayor for the warmth reception and all his contributions towards the general welfare of the members and promised to continue to assist the government towards achieving it’s vision. The delegation ceased the opportunity to present a welcome portrait to the Mayor.
