Bayern Munich have appointed former Manchester City Captain Vincent Kompany as their new head coach on a three-year deal.
The 38 year old Belgian succeeds Thomas Tuchel and leaves Burnley for the Bundesliga side after the two clubs agreed a compensation fee.
Kompany leaves Burnley who were Relegated to the Championship after gaining promotion the season before
He is expected to win the Bundesliga won by Bayer Leverkusen who also set a new record by goi g the entire season unbeaten
