The Speaker of the Anambra State House of Assembly, Rt. Hon. Somtochukwu Udeze, praised President Ahmed Bola Tinubu for appointing Prof Chukwuma Soludo, the Governor of Anambra State, as his economic adviser.
Rt Hon Somtochukwu Udeze commended Soludo for his significant contributions to shaping and strengthening the nation’s economy. He highlighted Soludo’s extensive knowledge in economic philosophy and management.
In a congratulatory message to Soludo on his appointment, the Speaker emphasized Soludo’s excellent service as Economic Adviser to former President Obasanjo, as well as his role as Governor of the Central Bank of Nigeria and member of various presidential economic teams.
The Speaker expressed gratitude to President Tinubu for fulfilling his promise to appoint Governor Soludo and urged the people of Anambra, regardless of political affiliation, to continue supporting Soludo’s efforts in revitalizing and strengthening the nation’s economy.
He commended Soludo’s prudent management of the state’s resources, which has led to remarkable transformations in all sectors of the state’s economy within just two years in office.
