The Awka-Etiti Town Union led by Chief Emeka Ezeoke alongside all the village chairmen in the community endorsed Idemili South APGA Candidate, Hon. Mrs Amaka Obi(Iyom Ife-Abata), for continuity of dividends of democracy.
They made their decision known recently during their meeting, stating that Hon. Amaka Obi was the outstanding Transition Committee Chairman of Idemili South and will do more when elected.
The President General of the community, Chief Emeka Ezeoke noted that Hon. Obi has done very well as the Caretaker Chairman and therefore deserved another opportunity to enable her complete the projects she started and consolidate on the gains of her achievements taking into cognizance of her pragmatic, purposeful and visionary leadership which accounts for the transformation in Idemili South.
Hon. Mrs Amaka Obi who was represented by the local government APGA Chairman, Chief Kizito Anoliefo and Nnokwa ASATU Youth leader, Hon. Ifeanyi thanked the union and village Chairmen of the community for their support, adding that she will always deliver her promises.
