Anambra First Lady, Dr. Mrs Nonye Soludo Receives “Ugodiya” Award

The Anambra State First Lady, Dr. Mrs Nonye Soludo has been honoured with “Ugodiya” award by Soludo Women’s Movement, Idemili North chapter.

The award was presented in recognition of her significant contributions to the development of the state, including her support for vulnerable children, empowerment programs for women and girls, efforts in the fight against gender-based violence, and her advocacy for the protection of women’s rights.

During the event held at the council secretariat, Ogidi, her exceptional contributions to the communities were highlighted and the convener/National Coordinator of Soludo Women’s Movement, Lady Ify Atogu commended Mama Anambra, described the award as well-deserved.

Receiving the award through the Mayor of Idemili South local government area, Hon. Mrs Amaka Obi(Iyom Ife-Abata), expressed her gratitude to the group, especially the executives, saying that the award was special and a source of motivation to continue serving humanity and further delivered Dr. Mrs Soludo’s message on healthy living garden and routine Saturday workout session.
