The Anambra State Chairman of All Progressives Grand Alliance (APGA), Chief Sir Ifeatu Obi-Okoye paid a courtesy visit to His Royal Highness, Igwe Dr. Oranu Chris Chidume, (MON), Eze Ana-Ukwu, Eze Igulube of Omor Kingdom at his palatial home, Omor, in Ayamelum Local Government Area, Anambra State.
Speaking during the visitation, Chief Obi-Okoye who was accompanied by Senior Special Assistant to Prof Chukwuma Soludo, Chief Chiejina Obieze from Onitsha North Local Government Area, spoke on the planned visit of the leadership of our great party, APGA, comprising State, Local Government and Ward party officers, including stakeholder to a grand reception at Omor in Ayamelum LGA to usher in the unity amongst party faithful.
However, Chief Sir Ifeatu Obi-Okoye further promised the revered traditional ruler of Omor Community, of the party’s desire to use the occasion to pay a solidarity visit to the palace of Igwe Omor, solicit his royal blessings and prayers for APGA family in Omor and Ayamelum Local Government Area.
In his response, the traditional ruler of Omor Kingdom, His Royal Highness, Igwe Dr. Chidume commended the State APGA Chairman for his efforts to reconcile and unite all members of the party, describing him as an experienced leader with sterling character to pilot the affairs of the All Progressives Grand Alliance APGA,” he conclude.
