In the 17 seconds video a female voice could be heard speaking in Yoruba a language mostly spoken in South west Nigeria.
Lamenting she said, “I have never seen anything like this before. A generator set chained but all it’s parts stolen by thieves”
However, the video did not reveal when and where the theft occured
