The event, chaired by renowned lawyer Mr. Chike Maduekwe, who also serves as the Chairman of the Anambra State Physical and Town Planning, marked the inauguration of new executive members in the area. Led by national Chairman Pastor Lawrence Ifejika, a lawyer, the ceremony took place at the Ogwuari square in Nsugbe, with the presence of government officials and security personnel.Addressing the crowd of Ogwuari residents, Nsugbe locals, and dignitaries from across Anambra state, Pastor Lawrence Ifejika expressed his joy at the return of peace, unity, and development to the area. He also announced that seven youths would be traveling abroad for studies in the next six months, while seven others had their WAEC fees already paid by their organization.

This milestone was not easily achieved, as stakeholders from the area and beyond came together to say “enough is enough.” With God’s grace, Ogwuari will rise again.

The Anambra State Commissioner for Youth Development, Mr. Patrick Aghamba, congratulated the new executive committee and land management committee, emphasizing that it is a new dawn for the entire community of Ogwuari Nsugbe.
