Senior Advocate of Nigeria, Afam Osigwe, has been inaugurated as the 32nd President of the Nigerian Bar Association (NBA).
He took his oath of office and will lead the association for the next two years, succeeding immediate past president, Yakubu Maikyau.
In his inaugural speech, Osigwe commended his opponents, Tobenna Erojikwe and Chukwukwa Ikwazom, for their conduct during the election and extended an invitation to join him in moving the association forward.
He pledged to lead an inclusive bar, uniting members and driving progress.
